Terms of use

1. What STOCKTRESS is

STOCKTRESS is an interface to public Solana programs. It is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or issuer. It does not hold your assets and cannot move them. All transactions are constructed for you to review and sign with your own wallet.

2. Tokenized stock rewards

Rewards, where they occur, consist of third-party tokenized equity instruments. They are not direct company shares, confer no shareholder voting rights, and are the obligations of their issuer. No referenced company has necessarily endorsed the instrument or STOCKTRESS. Rewards depend on eligible trading fees, successful conversion routes and regulatory eligibility, and are never guaranteed.

3. No advice

Nothing presented by STOCKTRESS is investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating any launch, trade or holding, and for your own tax obligations.

4. Eligibility

Access to tokenized-stock launches and claims requires a current eligibility attestation. You must not use those features if you are located in a restricted jurisdiction or are otherwise prohibited from receiving the instruments. Circumventing eligibility controls is a breach of these terms.

5. Risk

You accept the risks published in the risk disclosures, including the possibility of total loss. Bonding-curve tokens are speculative and frequently go to zero.

6. Permanence

Certain launch choices are irreversible once confirmed on-chain, including the reward mint, the creator recipient, the creator/holder split, the configuration, the supply, the migration destination and the liquidity-lock policy. Neither you nor STOCKTRESS can undo them.

7. Availability

The interface, the indexer and any keeper may be unavailable, delayed or incorrect. On-chain state is authoritative; the interface is a convenience for reading it.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

The interface is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To that same extent, STOCKTRESS is not liable for losses arising from your use of it, from on-chain programs, from third-party issuers or providers, or from your own transactions.

9. Changes

These terms carry a version. Material changes require fresh acceptance before eligibility-gated actions can continue.
